Return & Refund Policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dearsLack.shop with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return authorization and instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Please note that orders are returned to our international fulfillment center in Japan. Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, etc.). You will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@dearsLack.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.
